This is an absolute dream of a shoot at Agoura Hills’ historic Paramount Ranch! As a Agoura Hills + Los Angeles photographer, I was just soaking in all the different options for scenery and light. We played with so many different lighting scenarios. Direct, warm light, glowy sun, as well as the soft, sunset light with golden clouds.
One of my biggest joys as a photographer is couples who choose a location that has deep meaning and nostalgia. Taylor and Brock used to visit Paramount Ranch in Agoura Hills in high school. They have old photos of them from their teen years together in front of the chapel. Even though they live in the Central Coast now, they knew Agoura Hills would be the place to do their engagement shoot. I’m thrilled to be their wedding photographer this fall, and hanging out in Agoura Hills with them was Soft fun.
I love that I can experiment with different light and locations. The best shoots involve movement, laughter, and being in the moment. If you’re a 2026 wedding couple who is looking for playful, candid, and comfortable photography, I may just be the one for you.

The best photos aren’t always the posed classics. I always incorporate classic, traditional photos, but my favorites are always full of personality.
